Patricia is a seasoned leadership consultant with a business focus on change management and professional development. With a background in human resource management in successful organizations that grew through acquisition Patricia developed the belief that change does not need to be embattled. Values need to be defined and lived and all change is personal growth. Patricia‘s career in service industries (healthcare, staffing, airline and higher ed) reinforced her belief that individuals are responsible for their own happiness at work and how we treat each other matters more than ever before.
Grounded in her belief in life long learning Patricia approaches her consulting engagements fully immersed in understanding and analyzing the organizational values, standards and aspirations. Patricia is known for “keeping it real“ and encouraging clients to solve for the right problems. Identifying and defining leadership values is an essential component of all change initiatives.
